When dark jeans become creased, they start to look aged, and discolored, even fading in the creased areas. Creases can be removed although they can be stubborn to completely get rid of.
If you are with a client who has a tumble drier, then this way will remove the creases. Unfortunately, these days with soaring bills, many clients may not use driers, or even have one available.
Ideally turn your dark jeans inside out and hand wash them. Do not use any fabric conditioner on them and let them hang to dry.
Turn them inside out and wash at cooler temperatures. 40 degrees is hot enough for jeans, and most other garments.
A good shake will straighten out much of the fabric and leave jeans almost free of creases.
Even spinning at low temperatures will leave creases in jeans. They are better shaken out and hung up to dry naturally.
It is possible to keep dark jeans free from creases, with a little planning. Remember that jeans will take longer to dry because the fabric is thicker so plan to wash them when you have time to let them dry, not the day before you are leaving your client.
