I am an enthusiastic, strong-minded and hardworking, and I have completed my education. Throughout my school life I have sustained a brilliant degree of attendance and punctuality for which in returned have gained certificates. I have also gained achievements for subjects including business for gaining outstanding results. I am a very reliable person and will not hesitate to ask any questions. Throughout the years, I have gained lots of communication skills also.

I am a quick learner which I demonstrated in work experience by learning how to interact properly with customers and how to cater to their needs on the first day. I am self-motivated and I like the prospect of challenging I am a hard worker and am fluent in English and Somali which enables me to communicate to a range of customers.
In my time working at Marks and spencer I have learnt about the retail world and especially at marks and spencer how things must be done in certain ways to give customers the best experience whilst shopping there. By working on the shop floor I have learnt how to check stock and by working in the warehouse I have learnt how to sort stock into a variety of categories.
