I am graduated in Anthropology and Sociology Ba (Hons) and about to graduate in master’s degree of NGO and Development Management. I am passionate in making the difference in people ‘s lives through supporting in every aspects of human development such as listening and recording their life experience or distress to support with more actively role, including access to education, sanitation and nutrition. My degrees equipped me with variety of skills, including communication skills, cross-cultural sensitivity as well analytical and transferable skills. Complemented with extensive experience of customer services gained through paid and non-paid employment, including problem solving, excellent team player and self-awareness as well the ability to relate to and communicate with a range of people since I am fluently in three languages; Portuguese, (mother tongue) Spanish and English.
