I came to London in February 2016 to become a live-in carer. After short training I started working immediately and for 9 months I worked with one client. Because I wanted to have more, and different experiences in my professional life, I applied to work in a supported living home to become a care assistant. I was successful and for 10 months I’ve worked with people who have learning disabilities. During that time, I finished NVQ Level 2 and the Care Certificate. I came back to be a live-in carer and I’m looking for a job in Wales, or nearby or around London area.
