I believe my skills and experience make me a strong candidate for your team.
I am a qualified physiotherapist with 9 years of extensive experience in supporting individuals to improve their mobility, independence, and overall well-being.

My background has given me a deep understanding of physical care needs and the ability to create personalised support plans that help clients achieve the services user’s goals.

In addition to my physiotherapy experience, I have worked as a live-in carer, providing round-the-clock assistance to clients in their own homes. This included personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and companionship.
I also ensured their homes remained safe and comfortable while adapting to their changing needs with patience and flexibility.

I have managed individuals with conditions like Brain Injury, Learning Disability, Dystonia, Dementia, Huntingtons, Cerebral Palsy, other Genetic Condition, Epilepsy, Motor Neurones disease, Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimers, spinal injuries, peg feeding, stoma care, tracheostomy, gastronomy, catheter care, ventilator care, individuals using nebulizers, BPAP and CPAP, services users with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilties, Downs Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, ME/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), Muscular Dystrophy.

I am self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
My combined experience in physiotherapy and live-in care has taught me to be both practical and empathetic, ensuring that those I support receive not just assistance, but genuine care and respect.

I am fully prepared to travel to provide care wherever it is needed.
I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my skills and dedication to support and care of the service user and be part of ann outstanding care team.
I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how I can support your organisation.

Best regards,
NORMAN STEPHEN
