I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with over two decades of experience in Public Relations, customer service, and care support work.

My background includes roles as a Retail Assistant at Primark and an Event Host at Dundee (NL Production), where I developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, my experience as an Assistant Public Relations Manager at the National Health Insurance Authority has equipped me with the ability to manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

I have recently completed a 2024 Certificate of Achievement from Flexebee, UK, which includes training in Paediatric First Aid, FMG Awareness, Child Neglect, Child Exploitation, and Safeguarding Children in Care Level 2. This training has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in safeguarding and caring for vulnerable individuals.

My volunteering experiences at Star-Devie International School, Gladys Maternity Home, and Ankaase Methodist Healing Hospital have further developed my ability to work with individuals of all ages and understand their unique needs.

I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those in need and am eager to bring my skills and experience to a live-in care role.
