My name is Paul Taylor, and I am a 34-year-old British male with over five years of experience as a support worker. I have an automatic driving license and have just completed my QCF Level 3 in adult care. I also have an enhanced DBS on the update system.

I am currently a senior support worker leading a team at a residential college, where I support young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
