My name is Paul Taylor, and I am a 34-year-old British male with over five years of experience as a support worker. I have an automatic driving license and have just completed my QCF Level 3 in adult care. I also have an enhanced DBS on the update system.

I am currently a senior support worker leading a team at a residential college, where I support young adults with special educational needs and disabilities. I am very flexible and accommodating, and I have experience supporting individuals with a range of conditions, including poor mental health, visual impairment, epilepsy, autism, and onset dementia. I am also happy to learn new skills.

Above all, I am trustworthy and committed to my work and the well-being of those I support.

Kind Regards,
Paul Taylor
