Our Live-In Care Assistants enable adults requiring care or support to remain independent and live in their own homes for as long as possible. We have some wonderful clients who need support living in their own homes in Windsor, Maidenhead, and surrounding villages.
As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will live with the client in their home, providing up to 12 hours a day personalised care and support tailored to their individual needs. This is a perfect role for someone who is empathetic, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for others.
JOB ROLE:
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with household tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Administering medication and managing health conditions
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily exercises
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment
- Liaising with othert team members and healthcare professionals as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in caring for elderly or disabled individuals, ideally in a live-in setting
- Relevant qualifications and training in health and social care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and a kind and caring nature
- The ability to work independently and take initiative when required
- Competitive wages: £120-£140 per day

This position is typically two weeks on shift and two weeks off although alternative shifts patterns can be discussed in accordance with the clients needs. You will have your own bedroom and access to a bathroom. Your room will be equipped with a TV and storage. You will receive two hours per day private rest time when another carer or family member will take over client responsibilities.
