Are you passionate about making a difference in someone's life? We are seeking a dedicated and caring Live-In Carer to join our team and provide exceptional care for our clients in their own homes.

As a Live-In Carer, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver outstanding care

JOB ROLE:

Personal Care: Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring the client’s comfort and dignity.
Medication Management: Administer medication according to the client’s specific needs and schedules.
Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals, considering any dietary requirements, to ensure the client’s nutritional needs are met.
Mobility Assistance: Help with mobility and encourage exercise to maintain the client’s physical health.
Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support, enhancing the client’s quality of life.
Home Management: Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for the client, creating a safe and comfortable home.
Liaison with Healthcare Professionals: Communicate with healthcare providers as needed to ensure the client receives comprehensive care.

REQUIREMENTS:

Compassionate and Caring: Your kindness and patience are essential in this role.
Experienced: Previous experience in caring for elderly or disabled individuals, particularly in a live-in setting, is highly valued
Qualified: Relevant qualifications in health and social care are preferred.
Independent Worker: You can take initiative and work independently, ensuring the client’s needs are always met.
Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with the client and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
Driving License: A valid UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.
